1. About the service.

24AI (24ai.no / 24aiglobal.com) is an automated news and information service about artificial intelligence operated by Aprex AS. The service collects, curates, writes, and quality-checks content using multiple AI models.

2. Acceptance of terms.

By using 24AI you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the service.

3. Nature of the service — important information.

24AI is not an editor-led journalistic medium and has no editor-in-chief under Norwegian media liability law. Named roles such as Sigrid, Ingrid and Torbjørn are AI agents in the publishing flow, not people, journalists or responsible editors. Aprex AS is the publisher of the service and can be contacted about errors, corrections, source input, or questions about published content. Important caveats:

• Automated production and quality checks: Standard news stories are produced with AI from open sources and automatically quality-checked before publication. They are normally not manually approved before publication.
• Human review where marked: Strategic reference pages, guides, and datasets may be manually reviewed by Aprex. When this applies, it should be clearly marked on the page.
• AI can be wrong: AI models may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information. Articles may contain factual errors, misinterpretations of sources, or missing context.
• Not professional advice: Content on 24AI is a structured news, source, and signal foundation. It does not replace legal advice, financial advice, professional decision support, or independent source criticism.
• No human opinions by default: Assessments in standard articles reflect AI model output and the source base, not personal positions from Aprex.
• Sources: Articles are based on publicly available sources that are collected and analyzed automatically. We encourage readers to always check the primary sources cited in each article.

4. Acceptable use.

You shall not:

• Use content from 24AI to spread disinformation or take content out of context.
• Perform automated scraping or bulk requests against the site without prior agreement.
• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent the service's security mechanisms.
• Present 24AI's content as your own journalistic products without attribution.

5. Intellectual property and fair use.

All content on 24AI — including design, code, logos, and text — belongs to Aprex unless otherwise stated. Articles may be shared and quoted with attribution to 24AI and a link to the relevant article.

24AI reproduces short excerpts from publicly available sources in accordance with applicable fair use principles. Longer reproductions are based on AI-generated summaries, not direct copying. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in violation of the law, contact us at post@aprex.no and we will remove the content immediately.

6. Availability.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

7. Limitation of liability.

24AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aprex is not liable for:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or incompleteness in AI-generated articles, analyses, or summaries.
• Decisions made by users or third parties based on content from the service.
• Indirect losses, consequential damages, lost profits, or reputational damage.

8. Corrections and complaints.

If you discover factual errors or believe an article is misleading, you can contact us at post@aprex.no. We will evaluate the inquiry and may update, correct, or remove the article in question.

9. Changes to terms.

We may change these terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and disputes.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If agreement cannot be reached, the Trondheim District Court has jurisdiction.
