Fjordfall Studio, org. no. 936 303 897 (Norway) ("we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data collected through 24ai.no and 24aiglobal.com.

24AI collects minimal personal data. We have no user accounts, login, or registration for regular readers.

We log anonymized usage statistics such as page views, timestamps, and device type to improve the service. IP addresses are only stored in server logs for up to 30 days.

We only use technically necessary cookies. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

• Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): Operation of the website, security, debugging, and service improvement.

We never sell personal data. Data may be shared with:

• Sub-processors: Render (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/images), Anthropic/Google/OpenRouter (AI processing). These process data as data processors under agreement.
• Legal obligations: Where we are legally required to do so.

Server logs containing IP addresses are automatically deleted after 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics are retained indefinitely.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing

We use encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access to production data is restricted. We conduct regular security assessments.

Some sub-processors process data in the USA. Transfers are made with valid transfer mechanisms (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

You can file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe we process your personal data in violation of regulations: datatilsynet.no
